Feasibility
One of the many challenges facing IT professionals today is how to manage infrastructure costs while meeting business and
compliance requirements. IASP provides a financially feasible solution by absorbing the variable costs of purchasing,
building, maintaining, replacing and upgrading hardware and operating systems. After an initial setup fee, clients are
charged a predictable monthly fee, fixed for the term of the contract.
IASP's solution also mitigates risks that can undermine a company's profitability, either by reducing revenue or
increasing expenses, such as:
- Hardware failure, which could reduce one or more employee's productivity until the hardware is fixed or replaced and
reconfigured
- Natural and man-made disasters, which could cause power outages, flooding and wind damage, or prohibit access to the
company's office building
- Connectivity failure - An organization assumes great risk when it employs only one method of connectivity to the
outside world. More often than not, a company's budget does not allow for redundant connectivity options, so if that one
method is compromised, access to data is denied.
