The Infonect Group (IASP) was founded to address issues becoming more and more prominent in the technological community:

• How can we protect our IT infrastructures from destructive and intrusive viruses, such as the Blaster Worm that infiltrated many systems in August 2003? And how can we assure our clients that their data is best protected from malevolent hackers?
• How can we ensure that our data will be accessible 24/7 from the office, home, or from a hotel room? Or during natural or man-made disasters such as the blackout such as experienced in the Northeast in August 2003?
• How can we contain IT infrastructure costs while utilizing state-of-the-art hardware and connectivity?
• How can we minimize downtime due to IT infrastructure breaks in service?

IASP is an Application Services Provider (ASP) whose services aretargeted towards small to medium sized companies (20-300 employees) that are unable to comprehensively address these issues without inordinate costs and manpower.
