Policies
Cancellation and Reschedules
We require written notification (via
e-mail) at least five(5) business days prior to the course
start date, if you wish to cancel and/or reschedule. No verbal cancellations are accepted. Any registration canceled or
rescheduled within five (5) business days prior to the course start date will result in full payment for the course.
Reschedules will be based on seat availability. A limit of two (2) reschedules per course is permitted. If a student does
not attend a course and does not give notice, full payment (100%) of the course fee will be charged.
Substitutions are always welcome.
Confirmation
Confirmation of registration will be automatically e-mailed to the e-mail address supplied by the registrant.
Confirmation that a course will run is sent five(5) business days prior to the course start date. This course
confirmation contains class times and location information.
Payment and Invoicing
For instructor-led training, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money orders, CSA VAR Vouchers, business or
personal checks . Companies that require purchase orders to be referenced on their invoices must send a copy of the
purchase order via e-mail.
Infonect reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. If this happens, Infonect will refund the course fee(s) in
full. Infonect's liability is limited to course fee(s) only. Infonect can not be held liable for airfare, accommodations
or other related expenses, including airline penalties incurred.
Class Times
Classes begin at 9:00 AM and run until approximately 4:00 PM each day. One hour for lunch and plenty of breaks are also
included.
Free refresher course: We also understand that in a corporate environment your training experience may not
coincide with when the skills will be needed. Should you require a refresh class of the same title you may re-attend that
class*
*Students repeating classes must bring their courseware with them, or the cost of providing a second course book will be
